Cross lateral tibia-femur lengthening by classical Ilizarov method
F 23 y.o. patient with constitutional short stature-160cm.

Before the treatment

First surgery: application of Ilizarov/hybrid frame and intramedular wires on left tibia and right femur.

In process of lengthening

After the first period of lengthening
After 2 months of rehabilitation period and restoration of joints range of motion the same procedure was performed to right tibia and left femur.

Result: height was increased by 11cm. Duration of the whole procedure including 2 sets of lengthening and rehab period was 12 months.
